An adventurer at heart, I've been fortunate to travel around the country growing up, and I carried on that trend with several Permanent Change of Station orders when I met and married my best friend shortly after he'd joined the Marine Corps over 20 years ago. Though he's retired now, we opted to grow our roots and raise our two daughters here in Jacksonville, NC. We love the diverse military community and the local feel, and appreciate the easy access eastern North Carolina offers to all areas of the state, whether we're wanting time at the beaches or in the mountains.

I jumped into real estate in 2010 and have extensive experience helping both first-time and seasoned home buyers, as well as personal experience with short sales and with the military relocation process. My personal philosophy is that my job isn't about sales; it's about educating consumers on our market and facilitating the sales process, helping you manage and coordinate each step to minimize stress and maximize success. I stay up to date on current market trends, provide buyers or investors with instant notifications of matching homes as soon as they hit the market, provide sellers with complimentary market analysis and free guidelines to maximize your home's appearance for sale, and communicate consistently with every client from start to finish, to ensure you get exactly what you want and need out of your unique home journey.

I am a North Carolina notary public, a North Carolina Workforce Housing Specialist, and I hold several certifications and designations that allow me to provide my clients with the best resources and information available to make the right decisions for them. I uphold the high standards of a REALTOR®, and am designated as a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®), a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE®), a Certified Short Sale Buyer Specialist (CSSB), a Certified Short Sale Seller Specialist (CSSS), and a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). I hold certifications in At Home with Diversity (AHWD®), e-PRO®, Home Finance Resource (HFR), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®). I have also completed additional training to receive my C2EX Endorsement (Commitment to Excellence) through the National Association of REALTORS®.

In 2019, I helped my long-time friend and real estate mentor open Great Moves Realty, with the mission to ensure every client we work with has the best experience from start to finish, whether buying, selling, or renting.
